SUBSTANCE: useful data and loading data are received in the form of data stream transmitted at constant speed through connector affording switching of communication lines of first remote communication network, unwanted loading data included in constant-speed data transmission stream are removed, useful data included in constant-speed data transmission stream are reformatted and transferred in the form of variable-speed data transmission stream through burst- oriented connector of second remote communication network.
