The phone, costing Rs. 34,999, is likely to be available in the Indian market from 15 Sep 08 and the company has already started pre-booking for their latest tech-gadget.
Nokia N96 has several advanced characteristics. The smart phone will surely compete head-on with recently launched Apple’s much-hyped iPhone with it’s sleek design and multi-role web-enabled functionality. Speaking on the occasion, Nokia India’s marketing director Mr. Devinder Kishore said, “the applications and content that are being pre-bundled with the N96 will be a big draw for users looking for a multimedia-rich, GPS-based device”.
